How to transfer funds from SBT to other banks
State Bank of Travancore (SBT), is a subsidiary of the State Bank Group and also has private share-holders. It is the premier bank of Kerala, India, where it has 777 branches. Overall, SBT has a network of over 1036 branches spread over 16 Indian states.
State Bank of Travancore (SBT) has poised three milestones during the financial year 2012-13.
1. SBT has surpassed the total business of Rs.1,50,000 crore
2. SBT has opened its 1000 th office on 26th May, 2012 by opening its Gold Point Branch at Palakkad.
3. SBT has opened its 1000 th Branch at Kottakkal NRI on 30th March, 2013.

Fund transfer from SBT to other banks
1. Login to your SBT https://www.sbtonline net banking by using your SBT internet Banking ID and password
2. select 'Manage Interbank Payee' link in the profile tab
3. click and select the ‘Add’ option to provide the Beneficiary Name, Beneficiary Account Number, Beneficiary Bank and transfer limit to register the Beneficiary.
4. IFSC code of the Beneficiary’s bank can be keyed in by two ways:
a. click and select the IFSC Code option and a textbox is displayed where you can enter the 11 digit IFSC Code of the Beneficiary Bank.
b. select and click the Location option, the following are retrieved and displayed.
5. select Beneficiary Bank Name from the Dropdown Menu
6. select Location from the Dropdown Menu
7. select Branch from Dropdown Menu
8. The confirm button will be enabled only after clicking the accept button in the terms and conditions window.
9. After providing all the details, the beneficiary will be added. It will be shown whether the added beneficiary bank is RTGS or NEFT enabled.
10. After adding the Beneficiary you will receive a high security password in your mobile number. This is done basically to double check your identity. Provide the password to authorize the Beneficiary. After a Beneficiary is authorized you can start transferring funds.
11. You can proceed to make payments by clicking the ‘Inter bank Transfer’ link in the ‘Payments/Transfers’ tab.
12. According to the transaction type selected (RTGS/NEFT), the credit account details will be displayed depending on whether the branch is RTGS or NEFT enabled or both.
13. Select the Beneficiary from the list of registered Beneficiaries.
14. You can either confirm or cancel the transaction.
