If you are using Mobile Banking Service through an Application, you can generate MMID for all your accounts enabled for Mobile Banking Service, through menu option- IMPS>Generate MMID.
If you are not registered for Mobile Banking Service, please visit the Branch and apply for MMID, by filling up a form. How to transfer funds using this Service?
Customers using the Application based service may please follow the steps as under:
Open the mobile banking application
Go to =>Select IMPS >IMPS Funds Transfer – (i) To Mobile No. or (ii) To Account No. > For (i) enter mobile number & MMID of the payee or (ii) enter account number & IFS Code of the payee > enter amount and remarks (optional) > select account to be debited
Choose OK
Enter MPIN
Choose confirm and send the request.
